- FREE Formula Adjustments: Your skin evolves with you and your skincare should too. We offer complimentary adjustments whenever you need them.

- FREE Refill up to a whole set: After one month of usage, you can request free refills* of your Cleanser, Day Cream, Serum, and Night Cream.

- Receive Early Shipments: If you've run out of your set, you can request an early shipment* of a whole new box within 10 days before your next shipment date.

- Exchange FREE Add-ons: For each shipment, you will receive 3,000 and up to 5,000 points which can be exchanged for game-changing add-ons here.

- A BIRTHDAY GIFT on your birth month to celebrate: Receive a surprise gift with your regimen on your birthday month.

- Up to $30 OFF for both you and your loved one: Refer a friend or family for a discount on both sides.

How do I receive and exchange Reward Points for Free Add-ons?

For each shipment, you will receive points which can be exchanged for products here.

Your add-on of choice will be included in your upcoming shipment.

When do I get charged for my monthly subscription?

Each installment will be charged monthly starting from the day of your initial purchase. You will receive a reminder email the day before you get charged.

You will be charged every three months starting from the day of your initial purchase. You will receive a reminder email the day before you get charged.

How often do I receive my products?

The subscription is delivered every 3 months so that we can reduce our carbon footprint and keep shipping costs low.

What if I run out of products?

There are two options we offer:

1. Early Shipments: If you've run out of your set, you can request an early shipment* of a whole new box within 20 days before your next shipment date.

2. Free Refills: After one month of usage, you can request free refills* of your Cleanser, Day Cream, Serum, and Night Cream.

How do I pause my Membership?

1. Go to 'MANAGE MEMBERSHIP'

2. Choose 'MANAGE MEMBERSHIP SETTINGS'

3. Choose 'Pause Membership'

Please note that there will still be charges for your pending payments. Once these are complete, there will be no further charges until your membership is active again.

How do I cancel my Membership?

You can change your subscription status at least 4 days before the renewal date.

By canceling your membership, you will be forfeiting your member benefits:

In order to cancel your membership:

Keep in mind that processed or shipped orders cannot be canceled, and you will still be charged the remaining payments for the previous shipment if you are paying in monthly installments.

How do I skip a month?

1. Choose 'MANAGE MEMBERSHIP'

2. Choose 'SKIP THE MONTH'

After 1 month, your subscription will start again and you will be charged for your next shipment.

To complete pausing your membership, please email us at support@yourskin.com and our support team will assist you within 48 hours.
